AI Workspace Backup プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、JAG Projectが提供する個人利用ツール「MacStudio AI Backup」（以下「本ツール」といいます）における、Google Driveへのアクセスおよびデータの取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 対象サービス
「MacStudio AI Backup」は、JAG Projectが管理するMac内のAI関連作業データを、利用者本人のGoogle Driveへバックアップ・復元するための個人利用ツールです。
2. Google Driveへのアクセス範囲
本ツールは、Google Drive OAuthの drive.file 権限を使用し、このツール自身が作成または管理するバックアップ用ファイルだけを参照・作成・更新・削除します。Google Drive内のその他の既存ファイルにはアクセスしません。
3. データの利用目的
取得した権限とデータは、次の目的のためだけに使用します。
- 暗号化バックアップの保存
- 整合性の確認
- 世代管理
- 復元
4. 暗号化と保存
バックアップ対象データは、restic により利用者のMac上で暗号化されてからGoogle Driveへ送信されます。
復元用パスフレーズはGoogle Driveへ保存せず、利用者のMacのキーチェーン等で管理します。
5. 第三者提供等
データを販売、広告利用、第三者提供、AI学習には使用しません。
6. 保持と削除
バックアップは、利用者本人が削除するまで、または設定された世代管理に従ってGoogle Driveに保存されます。
利用者は、Google Drive上のバックアップを削除すること、およびGoogleアカウント設定からOAuthアクセスを取り消すことができます。
7. Google APIポリシー
本ツールがGoogle APIから取得した情報の利用および他アプリへの移転は、Limited Use要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy に従います。

Privacy Policy (English Summary)

1. Service
"MacStudio AI Backup" is a personal-use tool that backs up and restores AI-related working data on a Mac managed by JAG Project to the user's own Google Drive.
2. Scope of Google Drive access
The tool uses the Google Drive OAuth drive.file scope. It only views, creates, updates and deletes backup files that the tool itself creates or manages. It does not access any other existing files in the user's Google Drive.
3. Purpose of use
The granted permissions and data are used solely for storing encrypted backups, verifying integrity, managing retention, and restoring data.
4. Encryption and storage
Backup data is encrypted on the user's Mac by restic before being sent to Google Drive. The restore passphrase is never stored in Google Drive; it is kept in the user's macOS Keychain or equivalent.
5. No third-party disclosure
Data is not sold, used for advertising, disclosed to third parties, or used for AI training.
6. Retention and deletion
Backups remain in Google Drive until the user deletes them or until they are removed according to the configured retention policy. Users may delete backups in Google Drive and revoke OAuth access from their Google Account settings.
7. Google API policy
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

アクセス解析について
利用状況の把握と改善のため、同意いただいた場合にGoogle AnalyticsとMicrosoft Clarityを使用します。Cookieや閲覧・操作情報をGoogle、Microsoftへ送信します。広告目的の利用は許可していません。フォームページ・非公開ページや、任意のクエリ・フラグメントを含むURLは計測せず、フォームの入力情報を解析サービスへ送信しません。公開済み記事に対応する登録済みの告知元・キャンペーン名と、記事一覧などの固定リンクは例外として扱い、URLの任意の値や検索入力は送信しません。告知用パラメーター付きの入口はGoogle Analyticsのみで計測します。相談リンクの表示・クリックは実際の問い合わせ受付とは区別して集計します。
許可するまで解析サービスを読み込みません。フッターの「アクセス解析の設定」から同意を撤回できます。同意の選択はこの端末内に180日間保存します。ブラウザーのGlobal Privacy ControlやDo Not Trackが有効な場合は計測しません。端末内のおすすめ記事の設定とは別の選択です。
